Aha! Toys operates exclusively for customers located in Mangalore and surrounding areas in Dakshina Kannada. Delivery availability is validated at checkout based on your entered pincode. Orders placed outside our local service zone will not be processed.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders up to ₹5,000 within Mangalore and designated nearby regions. We reserve the right to verify orders via phone or WhatsApp prior to dispatching COD shipments.
3. Product Safety & BIS Certification
All toys sold through our store comply with applicable safety standards, and relevant items feature official BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification as highlighted on individual product pages.
4. Returns & Defective Items
We accept return or replacement requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 2 days of delivery. To initiate a return, customers in Mangalore must provide order details and proof of damage to our customer support team.
