Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: Items can be returned within 2 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened activity kits or items damaged through misuse.
How to Initiate a Return
- Send us a message on WhatsApp with your Order ID and photo/video proof of the product.
- Our team will review the request and schedule a doorstep pickup where available.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
